Thai Almond Butter Sauce

Serves 6 (approximately 2 tablespoons per serving)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter) room temperature
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari (or coconut aminos)
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or to taste)
1/4 cup water (or to desired consistency for dip or sauce)- start 1 tablespoon at a time
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl with whisk. Adjust seasonings to taste. Some add garlic, less ginger, less sesame. Great recipe for personal tastes.
