18 hard boiled eggs
1 T dijon mustard
3/4 cup olive oil mayo (any sugar free)
3 celery stalks, diced
1 T dill weed
1/4 onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Jalapeno’s to taste
Chop eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. If you desire, puree everything together and make a dip!
Serve with cucumbers or celery.
