Fall Pumpkin Latte

12 ounces freshly brewed coffee

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, room temp or slightly heated

1 tablespoon pure pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon MCT oil

1/2 teaspoon pure ground cinnamon

Stevia drops to taste


Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix. Be careful when blending hot liquids as they can steam and expand when mixing. Keep lid ajar or use a towel over the container. Just as easy is blend liquids lukewarm and then heat to drink.


This is a dairy free recipe. If you are utilizing dairy in your diet, feel free to substitute heavy whipping cream, unsweetened of course, for the coconut milk.
